Here’s how LiveWorkPlay developed alternatives to on -site job coaching to meet employee and employer needs.\n2.Career Advancement Strategies – How are agencies moving beyond a single job opportunities focus to one of supporting long-term career growth? SCE Life Works shares how they helped participants develop new skills, progress into new roles, and move toward career advancement.\n3.Supporting Individuals with Complex Needs – What approaches have proven successful for those with higher support needs? Inclusion Alberta discusses how they designed person-centered supports for individuals with significant support needs, while maintaining dignity, flexibility, and competitive opportunity.\nL’avenir des mesures de soutien dans le cadre de l’embauche inclusive\nPratiques innovantes\nL’embauche inclusive ne cesse d’évoluer pour s’adapter au marché du travail en perpétuelle mutation et aux besoins diversifiés des personnes à la recherche d’un emploi.\nCela signifie que les agences d’aide à l’emploi peuvent jouer un rôle important dans cette évolution en adoptant des approches innovantes, flexibles et centrées sur la personne.
