Join this MentorAbility Industry Information Session to learn more about careers with Lifestyle Options Retirement Communities in Edmonton and how to successfully navigate the application process.\nIn this virtual session, guest speakers Carey Beal, Human Resources Manager and Nicole Lagman, Human Resources Administrator will share insights about working for Lifestyle Options, learn more about how retirement communities operate and the wide range of roles available.\nWhether you’re exploring career options, preparing to apply for a position, or simply curious about opportunities within the senior living industry, this session will provide valuable information and practical guidance.\nThere will also be time for questions, giving attendees the opportunity to learn directly from someone familiar with the hiring process and workplace environment at Lifestyle Options.\nThis event is part of the MentorAbility program, which connects job seekers with industry professionals to explore career pathways, learn about workplace expectations, and build confidence in pursuing employment opportunities.\nCarey Beal is the Human Resources Manager with Lifestyle Options. As a HR professional for 15 years, Carey has held roles from Recruiter to Manager and worked in a variety of industries from Logistics, Distribution, Construction and now Senior Living. Carey is a designated member of CPHR Alberta and is an active participant through the chapter’s mentorship program, something he has been a part of for close to a decade. Carey believes in building practical, process-oriented programs to help attract, develop and retain great people. Outside of work, Carey spends his time playing sports and is heavily involved in activities with his young family.\nNicole Lagman is the Human Resources Administrator for Lifestyle Options. She graduated with honors from NAIT’s BBA – Human Resources Management program in 2024 and brings more than 10 years of customer service experience to her role. She recently began her career in Human Resources with Lifestyle Options, where she leads the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle and is a CPHR Candidate Member.
