Has worked in Recruitment for over 15 years in various industries such as Oil & Gas, Retail and Healthcare. Graduated in 2011 at Mount Royal University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree and has also worked as an HR Advisor. A Charismatic professional who is a people person and specializes in all facets of Human Resources.\nChaaya Jugdeb\nChaaya Jugdeb is a bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor with The Co-operators since 2022, based in Calgary, with over 20 years of global Human Resources experience. In her current role, Chaaya supports hiring across corporate functions including Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Government Relations, Sustainability, Real Estate, Facilities, and Workplace Services, spanning early career through senior leadership levels. Chaaya holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Organizational Psychology and Industrial Sociology from the University of Cape Town and is a Registered Professional Recruiter and member of the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada (APRC).
