What is Cheers to Inclusion?
Cheers to Inclusion is a MentorAbility DEAM initiative that originated in Halifax as a way for businesses, employers, and service providers to casually gather, connect about inclusion practices in the workplace and show their support for DEAM. And because the craft brewing industry has notoriously been a very inclusive community, it made sense to start these events in an inclusive space within the industry!
Gateway and the Calgary DEAM committee have had the pleasure of collaborating with inclusive breweries and are excited to be joining forces with Village Brewery to give you the 2023 DEAM Cheers to Inclusion event in Calgary!
Who is Cheers to Inclusion for?
Cheers to Inclusion is for employers at any point in their inclusion journey, service providers who, self-advocates and community members who want want to connect about creating more accessible and inclusive workforces and communities for persons experiencing disability!
