REDI has seven decades of experience in supported employment. REDIworks, the employment division of REDI, assists individuals with a variety of interests, skills, and abilities to secure and maintain employment.

We work closely with both, individuals, and employers. Employers are assisted with recruitment of the best candidates for the job, ensuring successful onboarding, providing on-site and off-site job coaching and support to hired individuals for as long as needed, based on individuals’ specific support needs, and at no cost to the employer. We maintain regular contact and follow-up with employers to ensure adequate supports are in place for individuals to maintain optimum work performance and learn additional job duties, as required.
REDI adheres to labour standards and best practices of supported employment. We stand for equality and diversity in the workplace promoting and facilitating inclusion and celebrating and publicly recognizing inclusive employers through the Employer of the Month Program and the annual National Disability Employment Awareness Month celebration.

REDIworks collaborates with over 50 inclusive employers in the Medicine Hat and Brooks areas, and in 2018, along with the Enactus Group from Medicine Hat College, won the Regional (North America) Global Best Award for Innovative and Creative Partnerships.
