CISWP Webinar: Accessible Skilled Trades

A significant global shortage of skilled workers is expected within the next decade, and persons with disabilities are often an overlooked source of talent for the skilled trades. Persons with disabilities can thrive and make valuable contributions in these critical occupations. Yet, a recurring barrier to their employment is the lack of access to and awareness of workplace support solutions and accommodations that are designed and appropriate for the skilled trades.
