Autism CanTech! offers training and consulting opportunities to employers, as well as paid internship opportunities and supports, to help employers operationalize and apply their inclusion policies towards hiring Autistic and neurodiverse individuals trained in digital economy technical skills. These position also include supportive technology and career coaches who support employers throughout the internship.
Our consulting services include: asynchronous employer training program; one-to-one consulting; employer workshops; policy review; onboarding assistance; and inclusion plans.
Other services include recruitment assistance for full time; short-term; and contract positions.
