With over 20 years of experience in education, Leila Samahnejad is a dedicated professional supporting newcomers and advancing workforce inclusion. As an immigrant herself, she brings a unique perspective to her work at AWES, collaborating with industry stakeholders to develop contextualized training and sustainable employment initiatives. Her approach centers on empowerment, inclusion, and lifelong learning, helping diverse talent successfully integrate into Canadian workplaces and society.
