EmployAbilities connects ability to opportunity by linking Albertans with disabilities and barriers to employment to employment resources.

EmployAbilities provides skill development, education, employment programs and support services to adults and youth with disabilities, medical conditions, mental health challenges, permanent injuries, and other employment barriers. We’re proud to connect people living with disabilities with employment resources that improves their quality of life and helps them get a meaningful job – and keep it.

EmployAbilities provides career supports to all of the groups identified under “diversity groups served” (ex. 15 years of age and older, BIPOC, Disability, Newcomers/Immigrants).
