Carey Beal is the Human Resources Manager with Lifestyle Options. As a HR professional for 15 years, Carey has held roles from Recruiter to Manager and worked in a variety of industries from Logistics, Distribution, Construction and now Senior Living. Carey is a designated member of CPHR Alberta and is an active participant through the chapter’s mentorship program, something he has been a part of for close to a decade. Carey believes in building practical, process-oriented programs to help attract, develop and retain great people. Outside of work, Carey spends his time playing sports and is heavily involved in activities with his young family.
Nicole Lagman is the Human Resources Administrator for Lifestyle Options. She graduated with honors from NAIT’s BBA – Human Resources Management program in 2024 and brings more than 10 years of customer service experience to her role. She recently began her career in Human Resources with Lifestyle Options, where she leads the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle and is a CPHR Candidate Member. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, trying new foods, and travelling the world.
